Follow These 5 Steps to a Happier Day!

Say good morning to the first group of people you see! Don’t forget to show your pet some love. Their happiness radiates and is bound to put a smile on your face. 

Enjoy a cup of coffee, without interruptions, and plan for the day ahead.

Text Just thinking of you … to one of your friends or family members to let them know you’re thinking of them. This little step gives a pause to a bustling day  – on many occasions I find myself smiling while I’m typing the message.

When at a restaurant express your appreciation by looking up at your server and saying “thank you.” This kind gesture will put a smile on your server’s face and in return a smile on yours! 

Sip on a cocktail while eating or making dinner. My cocktail of choice is a dirty martini – but only one, otherwise I get fuzzy. Another one of my favorites is a little piece of chocolate as nightcap!
